Are gas-appliance categories automatically confirmed?+
No. Gas-appliance work is accepted only when an appropriately licensed gas technician is available. An active gas odour must be handled through the gas utility or emergency services, not the web form.
What should I include in an appliance request?+
Choose the closest repair, installation, hookup or maintenance page, then provide the model, symptom or project need, connection details, property area and phone number.
